And, as we’ve done the last couple of years, Mav, Hannah, and Monica are ready to discuss the upcoming summer movie season filled with nostalgia, sequels, and potential hits. What are we excited about, what are we not excited about and why? Moreover, why are there just SOOOOO many franchise movies this summer and… every summer? From Mission Impossible, to Lilo and Stitch, to Superman, to Fantastic Four, we preview the upcoming slate of films, predict box office performance and talk about the ways they reflect our current cultural climate.
