When we started this podcast we were very cautious that we didn’t want it to be too much about the MCU, even though we loved it and it was, at that time, obviously the biggest thing in pop culture.. There are plenty of other shows that do that and we wanted VoxPopcast to be something else. So we tried to limit it a bit. Now, 7 years later and we realize “hey, it’s been over a year since we’ve talked about the MCU at all.” And in that year, there’s been some interesting developments that we just haven’t really gotten to. So on this episode, Mav, Monica and Wayne sit down to catch up with the current state of the MCU, review it’s more recent entries, and talk about why we are suddenly becoming more excited about it than we have been in quite a while.
